The Cummins Inc. Fletcher, NC facility is seeking a Team Leader - Maintenance for the 2nd shift in Manufacturing. You will coordinate activities of a maintenance team to meet production specs, schedules, quality, and safety standards.

Key duties include ensuring safe and compliant operations, coaching less experienced staff, and driving continuous improvement while maintaining strong communication with support teams. This role requires leadership on the shop floor and hands-on guidance.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing for export controls or sanctions regulations may be required.
• Significant relevant work experience or specialized skills.
• Front line operations leadership experience.
