Cummins Inc. is seeking a Team Leader - Maintenance for the 2nd shift in Fletcher, NC. The role leads a maintenance group to meet production targets, quality standards, and safety procedures on-site at our Cummins facility.

You will coach team members, coordinate priorities, and ensure compliance with HSE trainings while driving continuous improvement and efficient material flow across the line.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate activities of a group to meet production specs, schedules, and quality standards.
• Lead the 2nd shift maintenance team and support frontline operations.
• Promote safety by reporting hazards and stopping unsafe work when needed.
• Ensure adherence to HSE policies and SOPs and drive process documentation.
• Coach less experienced team members and escalate issues to supervision.
• Communicate goals within the shift and coordinate with support groups.
