Cummins Inc. is seeking a Team Leader IV - Maintenance for the 3rd shift in Fletcher, NC. You will oversee a maintenance crew, ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery, and drive continuous improvements on the shop floor.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, coordinating with support groups, and enforcing HSE policies while maintaining adherence to standard work and SPC controls.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; may require export controls licensing.
• Significant experience leading frontline maintenance/operations.
• Knowledge of HSE training and compliance requirements.

Mansioni

• Coordinate activities of the maintenance shift to meet production specs and schedules.
• Lead safety, health and environmental compliance on the shop floor.
• Coach team members and develop less experienced staff.
• Ensure quality and adherence to standard work and SPC/process controls.
• Coordinate with support teams to ensure material flow and delivery.
