Responsibilities

Develop visual strategies and art direction for Whatnot’s brand across digital experiences, launches, events, and merchandise.
Collaborate across designers, engineers, copywriters, marketers, and leads from brief to delivery.
Move fast from brief to execution, trimming scope while preserving craft.
Maintain visual strategies via moodboards and sketches for bespoke assets.
Offer actionable feedback to keep the team aligned and motivated.
Foster a collaborative, positive team environment and lead by example.
Articulate concepts clearly from start to finish to persuade stakeholders.
Use tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma Weave, and AI workflows to communicate ideas efficiently.
