TalentBridgeX seeks a Senior Intelligence Watch Officer to lead 24/7 watch operations, assess global events, and deliver timely intelligence to senior leaders. You will coordinate with IC partners, produce briefings, and support crisis response in a high-stakes environment.

The role requires five+ years in intelligence operations, top-secret clearance, and proficiency with MS Office; prior watch-center leadership is highly valued. On-site in Washington, DC, with shift work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and five years in intelligence/watch operations.
• Experience supporting IC/DoD/DOE or federal intelligence agencies.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to maintain composure and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and secure networks.

Responsabilités

• Monitor global events 24/7 and provide timely situation awareness.
• Analyze all-source intelligence and produce executive summaries.
• Prepare intelligence reports and briefings for senior leadership.
• Coordinate with IC partners and federal agencies on sharing.
• Support crisis response, COOP, and emergency management activities.
• Mentor junior Watch Officers and develop SOPs and operational plans.
• Maintain and document records, procedures, and watch center processes.
