Job summary
Castle Education is recruiting SEN Teachers to work across primary and secondary schools, specialist provisions and alternative education settings. You can choose ad-hoc, part-time or regular placements to suit your availability and preferences.
You could be delivering lessons to pupils with a range of needs, working 1:1 or in small groups, and benefiting from a flexible schedule and weekly PAYE pay with holiday pay and optional pension.

We are recruiting SEN Teachers to work across primary and secondary schools, specialist provisions and alternative education settings. Whether you're looking for ad-hoc cover, part-time work or regular teaching, we'll work with you to find placements that suit your experience, availability and teaching preferences.
The Role As an SEN Teacher, you could be delivering lessons to pupils with a range of special educational needs and additional learning needs, working within small groups, 1:1 or as part of a class.
You may be supporting pupils who require a more personalized approach to learning, adapting lessons and activities to help them access education and make progress. You could be:
- Teaching and adapting lessons to meet individual needs
- Working with small groups and 1:1 pupils
- Supporting pupils across primary and secondary settings
- Teaching within specialist provisions and alternative education
- Encouraging confidence, independence and engagement
- Working alongside Teaching Assistants and specialist support staff

You choose how you want to work. You can build a regular placement within one school, move between different settings or simply pick up work when it suits you.
