Job summary

Castle Education is recruiting SEN Teachers to work across primary and secondary schools, specialist provisions and alternative education settings. You can choose ad-hoc, part-time or regular placements to suit your availability and preferences.

You could be delivering lessons to pupils with a range of needs, working 1:1 or in small groups, and benefiting from a flexible schedule and weekly PAYE pay with holiday pay and optional pension.

Responsibilities

• Teaching and adapting lessons to meet individual needs
• Working with small groups and 1:1 pupils
• Supporting pupils across primary and secondary settings
• Teaching within specialist provisions and alternative education
• Encouraging confidence, independence and engagement
• Working alongside Teaching Assistants and specialist support staff
• Creating a calm, inclusive and positive learning environment
