SEN Pastoral Teaching Assistant
£14.24 – £16.00 per hour | Ad-hoc, Part-Time & Full-Time
We are currently recruiting SEN Pastoral Teaching Assistants to work across a range of schools and specialist settings, supporting pupils with SEN and SEMH needs, including additional needs and behavioural challenges.
Whether you’re looking for ad-hoc shifts, part-time hours or full-time work, we have flexible opportunities to suit your availability.
As an SEN Pastoral TA, you will provide both educational and pastoral support to pupils who may need additional help with their learning, emotional wellbeing, behaviour and engagement.
You could be supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis, helping them regulate their emotions, encouraging positive behaviour, supporting them in lessons or simply being a consistent and trusted adult in their school day.
No two days are the same! The role can be challenging, but it is incredibly rewarding to see the positive impact you can have on a young person’s confidence, wellbeing and development.
We’re looking for people who are patient, caring, resilient and passionate about supporting children and young people.
Experience working with SEN, SEMH, behaviour or pastoral support is beneficial, but transferable experience is also welcomed.
If you’re looking for a role where no two days are the same and you can genuinely make a difference, we’d love to hear from you.
