Job summary

Remedy Education in Brentwood, Essex, is seeking a flexible Supply Teaching Assistant to support pupils across primary, secondary and early years settings. You can choose the days and hours that fit your life while gaining valuable classroom experience.

You'll work 1:1 or in small groups, assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management, bringing calm, structure and positivity into busy classrooms and supporting pupils with additional needs where required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people; school-based experience is ideal but not essential.
• Background in childcare, tutoring, youth work, coaching or SEN support is welcome.
• Friendly, adaptable and confident personality.
• Comfortable working in new and varied school environments.
• A genuine passion for supporting young people to succeed.
