Job summary

Remedy Education seeks reliable Supply Learning Support Assistants to work across Brentwood and Essex schools. You will support pupils 1:1 or in small groups and assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management in diverse primary, secondary and early years settings.

Flexible days, part-time or full-time hours, and weekly pay; gain varied classroom experience and build confidence while helping pupils succeed within a supportive network of partner schools.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people; school-based experience ideal.
• Background in childcare, tutoring, youth work, coaching or SEN support welcome.
• Friendly, adaptable and confident personality.
• Comfortable working in new and varied school environments.
• Genuine passion for helping young people to succeed.

Responsibilities
