Qualifications

• QTS and PGCE or equivalent training are required.
• Experience in SEN education (Secondary preferred).
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual needs.
• Teach pupils aged 11-18.
• Adapt curriculum for wide range of additional needs and abilities.
• Create a safe, structured learning environment.
• Build relationships to support engagement and progress.
• Work with SEN staff, therapists and school teams.
• Monitor and report pupil progress.
• Support positive behaviour management.
