• Hands-on semiconductor fabrication or yield engineering experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze yield, defect, and process data to identify trends and improvements.
• Support process integration activities across fabrication operations.
• Design and execute experiments to evaluate process performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.
• Use microscopy and characterization techniques to investigate defects.
• Apply statistics and data-driven methods to improve process capability.
• Contribute to yield improvement initiatives and risk assessments.
• Develop technical reports and present findings to engineers.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects for quality and reliability.
