Job summary

Samsung Austin Semiconductor is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead the Water Treatment and Reclaim organization. You will drive reliability, safety, and capital projects across utilities and infrastructure critical to semiconductor manufacturing.

The role focuses on leadership, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement in a high-tech, fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on sustainability and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 12 years of engineering experience in water/wastewater or facilities systems.
• At least 6 years in leadership roles; prior experience in high-tech/semiconductor environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing, multidisciplinary engineering organization.
• Set and drive performance aligned with safety, environmental, and operational goals.
• Oversee 24/7 operations, maintenance of UPW, IWT, and water distribution systems.
