Job summary

Intel Foundry in Hillsboro, OR is seeking a Tool Install & Qualification Project Manager to lead planning, installation, and qualification of semiconductor manufacturing equipment. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time startup and safe operations.

This fixed-term contract requires onsite presence five days a week and offers a competitive compensation package including benefits and stock options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field with 1+ years PM or equivalent installation experience.
• Associate's Degree with 3+ years PM or equivalent installation experience.
• 5+ years PM experience may replace a degree.
• 3+ years experience in EPI, Diffusion, Anneal, Implant, Spatial/ALD install/deinstall.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, installation, and qualification of semiconductor equipment.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, suppliers, OEMs, and contractors.
• Develop installation schedules, pull plans, and execution strategies.
• Ensure facility, utility, and equipment readiness for startup.
• Participate in design reviews to mitigate risks and improve installation.
• Resolve installation issues and drive root-cause corrective actions.
• Capture lessons learned and share best practices.
• Maintain compliance with safety, cleanroom, and site requirements.
