Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in project or program management, construction or tool install.
• Experience in installation/demolition of process tool equipment.
• PMP/Lean/Six Sigma certification
• Experience in semiconductor industry.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Factory owners to ensure Tools/Equipment/Kits are ordered and delivered on schedule.
• Represent local FCS site in CTI and VF forums.
• Forecast equipment workload and funding requirements; align with FCS financial cycles.
• Ensure commit/POs are in place for tools/equipment/kits.
• Lead planning and coordination across multiple suppliers and stakeholders.
• Drive safety culture and ensure compliance with SOPs.
