Qualifications

• > Bachelor's degree plus 9+ years leadership in Tool Install/Design/Engineering/Construction
• > 12+ years leadership/program management in large-scale construction or tool installation (alternate path)
• > PMP or MBA/PhD preferred for senior roles
• > Strong executive communication and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Lead complex tool installation, conversion, and de-installation programs from design through execution.
• Partner with enterprise stakeholders to align Tool Install programs with business objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams across capital and expense projects in semiconductor manufacturing facilities.
• Serve as site expert for Tool Install Design with TICE, TD, and site execution teams.
• Drive scope, schedule, budget, quality, and operational performance.
