Job summary

Intel Corporation is seeking a Tool Equipment Install Engineer for an on-site role in Phoenix, AZ. You will drive tool installation planning, coordinate with factory owners and suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of tools and kits while aligning with project milestones.

The role requires collaboration with stakeholders, adherence to safety and SOPs, and the ability to lead cross-site planning and resolve scheduling issues to enable successful project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture or related technical field with 1+ years of construction, engineering, project management.
• Internships, academic projects, coursework, or hands‑on training may count toward experience.
• Master's degree in Engineering, Architecture or related technical field with no prior professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Factory owners / stakeholders to ensure Tools/Equipment/Kits are ordered and delivered in alignment with the Tool Install schedule requirements.
• Represent local FCS site in Central Tool Install and Virtual Factory forums.
• Forecast Equipment workload and funding requirements and align with FCS financial cycles.
• Ensure commit / PO's are in place for Tools/Equipment/Kits.
• Collaborate with EMS and Systems Owners to reflect Equipment requirements and schedule.
• Drive Systems and Part number configuration/genealogy for order/delivery.
• Lead Planning and Co-ordination meetings across suppliers and stakeholders.
• Ensure on-site training and compliance with SOPs/Procedures.
