Responsibilities

• Represent PSG as a core team member on existing and new products.
• Work with field teams and engineering on field issues and escalations.
• Assist with identifying root causes to increase system uptime.
• Participate in new product team meetings and design reviews.
• Develop a Field Replaceable Unit (FRU) strategy and organize field upgrades.
