Job summary

You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to improve test coverage, reliability, and throughput, while mentoring junior interns and coordinating small projects.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field.
• 0-2 years of relevant engineering experience in test development or manufacturing.
• Experience with CAD tools and lab instrumentation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize electrical and mechanical test solutions, including fixtures and tooling.
• Validate and qualify test systems for production environments.
• Analyze test data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with Design, Manufacturing, Quality, and Process teams to define test requirements.
• Mentor junior interns/technicians and manage small projects.
