Axcelis Technologies, Inc. in Beverly, MA is seeking a Manufacturing Test Development Engineer I for first shift. You will lead design, development, validation, and optimization of electrical and mechanical test solutions used in semiconductor manufacturing.

You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to improve test coverage, reliability, and throughput, while mentoring junior interns and coordinating small projects.

Competenze

• BS in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field.
• 0-2 years of relevant engineering experience in test development or manufacturing.
• Experience with CAD tools and lab instrumentation is preferred.

Mansioni

• Design, develop, and optimize electrical and mechanical test solutions, including fixtures and tooling.
• Validate and qualify test systems for production environments.
• Analyze test data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with Design, Manufacturing, Quality, and Process teams to define test requirements.
• Mentor junior interns/technicians and manage small projects.
