Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience developing mechanical or electromechanical products in a technical environment.
• Experience leading engineering projects, mentoring engineers, or providing technical leadership.
• Demonstrated success designing complex systems, subsystems, or assemblies.
• Strong understanding of product development from concept through production release.
• Experience with 3D CAD and PLM tools (Creo/Windchill or equivalent).
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of mechanical engineers across varying experience levels, fostering innovation and accountability.
• Drive technical excellence by providing leadership for design and development of complex mechanical systems, guiding architecture decisions, reviews, validation, and problem solving.
