Job summary

Amtech Systems is seeking a Technical Support and Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Phoenix. This hybrid role combines technical product support, customer service, inside sales, and project management to ensure seamless communication between customers and internal teams while driving sales growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Sales, or related field.
Ability to understand technical concepts and read engineering docs.
2+ years in customer service, inside sales, or project management.
Experience managing timelines and cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems (D365, Epicor, Salesforce).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as main contact for customers needing technical product support.
Process orders coordinating with procurement, production, logistics, and QA.
Identify risks in quotes or orders and communicate actions.
Troubleshoot order delays, product issues, or delivery discrepancies.
