Job summary

Marketech International Corporation USA is seeking an organized Project Coordinator – Chemical Systems to support planning, documentation, scheduling, procurement, and execution of semiconductor chemical-system projects in Phoenix. This role collaborates with project managers, engineers, technicians, and vendors to track milestones, RFIs, submittals, and documentation, ensuring safety and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business, engineering, construction management, project management, or related field.
• 1+ years of project coordination, construction administration, engineering support, or operations-support experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Strong organizational, communication, documentation, and time-management skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple assignments and changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers with planning, coordination, execution, and closeout.
• Maintain schedules, milestone trackers, action-item logs, and deliverable lists.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
• Support installation, testing, startup, commissioning, and turnover activities.
• Track RFIs, submittals, drawings, inspections, change requests, and project documentation.
• Maintain organized project files, records, reports, and correspondence.
• Assist with quotes, purchase requests, POs, and vendor coordination.
• Monitor materials, equipment, tools, and replacement parts.
• Prepare weekly/monthly project-status reports.
• Identify schedule risks and documentation gaps.
