Job summary

Veolia North America, LLC seeks a supervisor for field services at a semiconductor manufacturing facility. You will lead a team, ensure safe disposal of waste, coordinate contractors, and provide training per regulatory guidelines.

Responsible for estimates, proposals, and supporting contract preparation. Qualifications include a BS in Chemistry or related field with 5–7 years of hazardous waste experience and 1–2 years of supervisory work.

Qualifications

• BS in Chemistry or BA in a related science discipline or equivalent work experience.
• 5–7 years of hazardous waste experience required.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages team(s) including hiring, evaluating, and disciplinary actions.
• Complies with all applicable governmental regulations and company policies; identify opportunities to add value for customers.
• Maintain professional image with clients by answering inquiries and proposing solutions.
