Barrette Workforce Solutions seeks a Site Manager to lead operations at a client-owned semiconductor manufacturing site, overseeing technicians, engineers and managers across critical technical services. The role emphasizes safety, compliance, and uninterrupted production in a high-tech setting.

You will drive CAPA, RFT, and cost-conscious improvements while partnering with customer representatives to maintain high uptime and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of manufacturing experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience leading small to medium teams in semiconductor/high-tech settings.
• Knowledge of high-purity gas/chemical handling and cleanroom operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations at a client-owned semiconductor site to ensure safe, compliant execution of all activities.
• Oversee Technical Facility Management (TFM) and operations teams and contractors.
• Drive safety, quality, and uptime through CAPA, RFT, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage contracts, renewals, scope changes, and budgeting related to site services.
