Job summary

Htprof seeks a Site Manager to lead operations at a client-owned semiconductor manufacturing site, directing technicians, engineers and managers to maintain safety, quality and uptime in a 24/7 fab. You will drive TFM activities and ensure compliance with SEMI, OSHA and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities include CAPA, root-cause analysis, workforce development, and strong customer communication. You will control costs while delivering reliable fab support and continuous process

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Knowledge of high-purity gas and chemical systems and cleanroom protocols.
• Familiarity with contract management, financial processes, and quality systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations at a client-owned semiconductor site and manage TFM/operations teams.
• Drive safety, quality, and uptime; implement CAPA and continuous improvement.
• Oversee workforce planning, training, and certification programs.
• Manage customer contracts, renewals, scope changes and change orders.
• Deliver cost reductions without compromising safety or quality.
