This is a high-impact leadership role ensuring uninterrupted, safe, and compliant support for advanced manufacturing operations.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Site Manager is responsible for the safe, efficient, and compliant execution of all operational activities within a client-owned semiconductor manufacturing site. This role leads a team across critical technical services, ensuring uninterrupted support for high-volume manufacturing (HVM). The Site Manager ensures all operations meet stringent safety, quality, and uptime requirements while aligning with customer expectations and industry standards.

  • Monitor and trend safety performance metrics; proactively address potential hazards in cleanroom and sub-fab environments.
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain compliance with customer, industry, and regulatory requirements.
Quality & Operational Integrity
  • Deploy and drive the company Right First Time (RFT) quality program.
  • Ensure strict adherence to SOPs for high-purity gas and chemical handling, minimizing contamination risk.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process reliability and reduce downtime.
  • Lead root cause analysis for service interruptions impacting production and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Manage and develop a team of technicians and engineers supporting Technical Facility Management (TFM) and operations.
  • Oversee workforce planning, training, and certification programs to ensure compliance with cleanroom protocols and hazardous material handling.
  • Foster a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence through coaching and performance management.
  • Manage customer contracts, including renewals, scope adjustments, and change orders.
  • Monitor operational costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising safety or quality.
  • Deliver value-added solutions to improve fab efficiency and reduce total cost of ownership (TCO).
Reporting & Communication
  • Provide timely reporting on KPIs such as uptime, safety incidents, and quality metrics.
  • Maintain transparent communication with customer stakeholders and internal leadership.
  • Escalate critical operational or compliance issues promptly.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with on-site customer staff.
Operational Excellence
  • Oversee all aspects of Technical Facility Management (TFM) operations.
  • Ensure zero-defect material delivery to support advanced manufacturing.

  • Strong knowledge of high-purity gas and chemical systems, cleanroom protocols, and fab operations.
  • Familiarity with contract management, financial processes, and quality systems.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP or MES system experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of SEMI standards, ISO 9001, and EHS regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment.
