Job summary

Nesco Resource, LLC seeks a Site Services Supervisor to lead maintenance operations in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. This hands-on leadership role oversees maintenance personnel, sets daily priorities, and ensures safety and standards are followed.

Candidates must have hands-on semiconductor equipment maintenance and troubleshooting experience, including thin-film, deposition, epitaxial, or processing equipment. Supervision and continuous improvement are essential.

Qualifications

Associate degree in a related field.
7+ years of related experience in manufacturing with supervisory responsibilities.
Hands-on semiconductor equipment maintenance and troubleshooting experience.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities and personnel within a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
Establish maintenance priorities and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on time.
Monitor the progress and quality of maintenance work.
Provide leadership, direction, coaching, feedback, and recognition to maintenance employees.
Coordinate maintenance priorities across Equipment Engineering, Manufacturing, and other teams.
Make critical decisions and determine escalation during equipment failures and emergencies.
Enforce maintenance protocols, safety procedures, and housekeeping standards.
Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives.
