Actalent in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Project Engineer to support a long-term semiconductor fabrication project based in Phoenix with a Boise, ID site. The role emphasizes planning, coordination, cost control, quality, and safety across multi-phase construction.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in project engineering, BIM/Navisworks coordination, and Procore, with strong communication and multitasking abilities, plus willingness to travel to Boise as needed.

Qualifications

12 years of experience as a Project Engineer or similar construction role.
Experience on commercial/industrial/semiconductor construction projects.
Proficiency with BIM and Navisworks for model coordination and planning.
Proficiency with Procore for construction management.

Responsibilities

Support project planning, execution, and scheduling throughout the construction lifecycle.
Coordinate activities between field crews, stakeholders, general contractors, and subcontractors.
Monitor progress and ensure milestones and deadlines are met.
Provide project status updates in meetings and reports.
Manage submittals and RFIs and maintain documentation.
Utilize BIM tools (Navisworks) for coordination and planning.
Review documents, drawings, and specs for accuracy and constructability.
Assist in resolving technical and field issues with project teams.
Support forecasting and budget management, tracking expenses.
Conduct site inspections and maintain project documentation.
Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
