Job summary

WGNSTAR is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead capital projects in Boise, ID. Focus on scope, schedule, budget, and safety while coordinating with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.

The role emphasizes strong telecom and semiconductor industry experience, effective communication, and ability to manage complex budgets using MS Office and MS Project.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• 1–2 years of semiconductor industry experience.
• Strong telecommunications systems background.
• Experience managing project scope, schedule, budget, and project execution.
• OSHA 10 or equivalent safety training preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, estimating, and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction and capital projects from planning through completion, maintaining accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and safety performance.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost-to-complete estimates.
• Enter budgets and cash flow for new capital projects and items in the CAPAP system for assigned areas.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, contractors, and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation to support design and field activities.
• Track procurement activities, long-lead materials, project costs, and change requests to minimize schedule and budget impacts.
• Lead project meetings, communicate project status to stakeholders, and promote compliance with safety policies and procedures.
