Job summary

Actalent in Boise, ID, is seeking a Project Manager / Project Manager Electrical Construction to lead high-tech semiconductor and data center electrical construction projects. You will oversee set-up, contracts, cost control, scheduling, and safety leadership on site.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in electrical construction and 8+ years in PM, with experience in semiconductor or mission-critical data centers. This is a salaried, on-site role with relocation assistance and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Experience on large semiconductor or mission-critical data center projects
• Minimum 5+ years PM experience in construction

Responsibilities

• Provide strong safety leadership on site and enforce safe work practices
• Administer contracts and manage contractual obligations
• Set up projects with controls, standards, and communication protocols
• Coordinate and schedule site labor to meet milestones
• Develop, manage, and track project budgets and estimates
• Oversee project documentation and records
• Coordinate purchasing and subcontract management
• Track production against schedule and budget; implement corrective actions
• Maintain quality control and assurance processes
• Manage cost control and billing; prepare cost-to-complete reports
• Manage change orders with proper documentation and pricing
• Lead project closeout and turnover to client
• Maintain clear communication with field teams, leadership, vendors, client reps
• Perform additional duties to support delivery and team performance
