Qualifications

• 6+ years of program or project management experience.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex technical programs and managed services engagements.
• Partner with clients to define priorities, manage risks, and ensure successful execution.
• Drive program planning, governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams to manage dependencies and remove blockers.
• Monitor milestones, deliverables, budgets, and overall program health.
• Support continuous improvement efforts and operational excellence across the portfolio.
• Act as an escalation point for program challenges and delivery issues.
