Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, engineering, or supply chain management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• Some engineering/technical background with semiconductor industry or supply chain experience preferred.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans and lead projects from conception and planning through implementation and deployment.
• Contribute to the development of project strategies, processes, and resource plans.
• Manage project schedules and task execution using project management tools and scheduling software.
• Drive cost, schedule, and performance objectives for equipment and deliverables for internal/external customers and vendors.
• Coordinate cross-functional design teams across internal, external, and matrixed resources to meet project goals.
• Provide technical input and guidance to team members for successful project execution.
• Interface with engineering, operations, supply chain, and business teams to drive supply chain projects for the AGS unit.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation/resolution plans.
