Job summary

KLA is seeking an Applications Engineer in Ann Arbor, USA to develop and implement product applications for existing and pre-release products, solving high-value customer problems. You will participate in alpha/beta testing, customer demos and on-site trainings, collaborating with software and systems teams.

Minimum qualifications include Doctorate or Master’s with 3 years, or Bachelor’s with 5 years of related experience, and excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement product applications for existing and pre-release products.
• Support alpha/beta testing, ramp tools, and customer demonstrations.
• Provide on-site training and document results for knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with software and systems engineering to resolve hardware/software issues.
• Generate reports and transfer product knowledge to other teams.
