This role centers on delivering and transferring semiconductor process solutions, installing and validating tools, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer requirements.

Based in the Northeast US, the position involves on-site work, data analysis, and regular executive-level reporting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on semiconductor process engineering experience.
• Experience with design of experiments (DOE) and statistical methods.
• Familiarity with lean/six sigma concepts and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to communicate with engineers and executives.
• Willingness to travel for customer sites and remote work.
• Experience working with customers and managing challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, demonstrate, and implement process solutions at customer sites in the Northeast US.
• Install customer-specific processes on new and used systems and verify specifications.
• Collaborate with internal hardware and factory teams to ensure proper tool and software setup.
• Provide data-driven analysis and prepare executive-level summaries for reviews.
• Travel to customer sites for installations, training, and support as needed.
