Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, Product Development, Supplier Engineering, Technical Program Management, or related field.
• Experience working with external suppliers on complex technical products or subsystems.
• Strong technical understanding of multidisciplinary systems including mechanical, optical, electrical, electromechanical, software, or semiconductor equipment technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional and globally distributed teams.
• Manage supplier selection, technical sourcing, and new product introduction processes.
• Develop and manage technology roadmaps and long-term supplier relationships.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
