KLA is seeking an Applications Engineer in Ann Arbor, USA to develop and implement product applications for existing and pre-release products, solving high-value customer problems. You will participate in alpha/beta testing, customer demos and on-site trainings, collaborating with software and systems teams.
Minimum qualifications include Doctorate or Master’s with 3 years, or Bachelor’s with 5 years of related experience, and excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

The Applications Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing product applications for existing and pre-release products to provide solve high-value customer problems. The candidate is expected to support the following:
Requirements Masters or PhD, in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Material Science or related fields. We are looking for high energy, self-driven and motivated engineers who are interested in working in high-tech environment. The semiconductor space is a fast-paced, vibrant environment that gives applications engineers a lot of autonomy to work and drive projects on their own. Ideal candidates will appreciate the opportunity to have high levels of accountability, work well with limited supervision and thrive in a work environment where they can lead their own projects. Must have excellent oral and written communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Candidate must be an outstanding teammate.
Additional (< 50%) domestic and international travel may be required.

Base Pay Range: $93,300.00 - $158,600.00 Annually
