Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Boise, Idaho, is seeking a High Volume Manufacturing Process Engineer Intern to drive process optimization, improve yield, and increase throughput in a collaborative, data-driven environment.

You will work with equipment engineering, operations, and cross-functional teams to analyze data, apply DOE and DOE-like methods, and resolve issues impacting production. Strong programming and data analytics skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• SPC and DOE principles understood and applied to manufacturing data.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with data collection systems and data cleansing.

Responsibilities

• Drive process optimization and manufacturing efficiency initiatives.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve process issues affecting yield/throughput.
• Apply SPC, DOE, and 8D problem-solving methodologies to improve processes.
• Collaborate with process owners, operations, and engineering stakeholders.
• Leverage AI and analytics tools to improve wafer processing and performance.
