Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or related semiconductor field.
• Master’s or higher degree preferred.
• Experience with Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing.
• Experience with process design, equipment needs and startup support.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead site engineering activities and key improvement programs across multiple sites.
• Define process requirements for new production lines and startups.
• Provide technical guidance to global peers and support sales with customer roadmaps.
• Drive PCS and SPC alignment across sites to close gaps and improve yield.
• Collaborate with quality, operations and other engineers to ensure safe, compliant production.
