Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD with relevant semiconductor research experience.
• Experience with semiconductor processing and lithography-related activities.
• Strong foundation in DOE, SPC, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead scientific research enabling innovative device architectures and realization.
• Design, execute, and analyze experiments to meet engineering specs for processes.
• Contribute to development of intellectual property.
• Integrate steps required for manufacturing complex microprocessors.
• Ramp to manufacturing volumes and transfer technology to manufacturing teams.
