Job summary

Lifework Search is seeking a Director of Semiconductor Planning to lead near-term and mid-term S&OP processes across U.S. and Korea plants. You will drive capacity, inventory, and material planning, aligning with product lines and customer commitments.

The role requires 10+ years in production and supply planning, SAP/IBP experience, and strong leadership in complex manufacturing settings. Travel and collaboration across functions are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Management, Business, Finance, or related field.
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• At least 10 years in production planning, supply planning, capacity planning, or SiOP leadership.
• Experience leading planning teams in multi-site environments.
• ERP/MRP experience; SAP and SAP IBP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the semiconductor planning organization across US and Korea plants for near-term and mid-term planning.
• Develop standard planning reports, dashboards, and metrics for visibility into demand/supply, capacity, and inventory.
• Own mid-term SiOP processes, translate demand into supply plans, and mitigate constraints.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, IT, and finance to align plans with business priorities.
