Job summary

CoorsTek, Inc. is seeking a Director of Semiconductor Planning to lead the mid-term SiOP and near-term planning across U.S. and Korea manufacturing sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
• 10+ years of experience in production planning, supply planning, capacity planning, or SiOP roles.
• Experience leading planning teams in a multi-site manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems, SAP and SAP IBP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead near-term planning across U.S. and Korea plants with production planning, master scheduling, and material planning.
• Drive mid-term SiOP processes and capacity/inventory planning for the Semiconductor segment.
• Develop and optimize planning standards, metrics, and governance across sites.
• Collaborate with procurement, engineering, finance, and operations to align plans with business objectives.
