Job summary

CoorsTek is seeking a Director of Semiconductor Planning to lead the mid-term SI&OP process and drive end-to-end planning across U.S. and Korea manufacturing sites. You will shepherd capacity, inventory, and material plans while aligning with product strategy and customer requirements.

The role requires a strong background in supply chain planning, data-driven decision making, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams to support rapid growth and improved service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in production planning or supply chain leadership roles.
• Experience leading planning teams in a multi-site manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead near-term planning across U.S. and Korea plants and drive mid-term SiOP initiatives for the Semiconductor segment.
• Own the mid-term SiOP planning process (12+ months) and align capacity, inventory and material plans.
• Develop and optimize inventory strategies to meet customer service goals and working-capital objectives.
• Utilize planning systems (SAP, QAD ERP, SAP IBP) and drive continuous process improvements and governance.
