Job summary

CoorsTek, Inc. is seeking a Director of Semiconductor Planning to lead strategic mid-term and near-term planning across U.S. and Korea manufacturing sites. You will drive SI&OP, capacity and inventory planning, and align with product management and finance to meet customer demand and growth goals.

The role requires a strong background in SiOP, ERP/IBP, and multi-site leadership within complex manufacturing environments. Travel and collaboration with global teams are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in production planning, supply planning, capacity planning, SiOP or related roles.
• Experience leading planning teams in multi-site manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, SAP IBP) preferred.
• Experience driving process improvement, automation, and AI projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead mid-term SiOP planning (12+ months) for Semiconductor segment, including capacity, inventory, and material planning.
• Oversee near-term planning across U.S. and Korea plants, ensuring execution and alignment with leadership.
• Develop planning standards, metrics, and governance across planning teams.
• Manage inventory strategies, supplier coordination, and delivery performance.
• Utilize SAP, QAD, and IBP to improve planning visibility and outcomes.
