Job summary

Tekscend Photomask Corp. is seeking an experienced customer service specialist focused on technical order processing within the photomask industry.

You will handle order entry, provide technical support to customers, review orders for potential issues, and update delivery status using the PAR system. You will collaborate with Sales, Manufacturing and Finance, deliver technical information to customers, identify opportunities to improve product quality, delivery and service, and ensure timely

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years technical customer service or comparable photomask experience.
• General understanding of photomask and reticle making process.

Responsibilities

• Process order entry for jobs and provide technical support to customers.
• Perform technical order review of potential issues and provide delivery status updates.
• Deliver product problem recognition/resolution (PAR) and technical information/education to customers.
• Identify opportunities to improve product quality, delivery and service.
• Provide internal teams with relevant issues or ideas to improve orders; coordinate with Sales, Manufacturing and Finance as needed.
