Tekscend Photomask Corp. seeks a Photomask Lithography Engineer to support lithography direct write systems and optimize process performance.

You will work with operations, development teams, and vendors to ensure robust integration and improved yield, cycle time and product quality across production lines. The role requires a strong foundation in lithography, pattern fidelity, and data-driven optimization, with hands-on experience in maintenance, PM optimization, and tool qualification.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in direct write lithography or semiconductor equipment engineering.
• Experience with JEOL JBX, NuFlare EBM, ALTA iLine/DUV, or Mycronic SLX tools.
• Strong understanding of lithography fundamentals, beam control, dose optimization, and pattern fidelity.
• Hands-on equipment ownership: troubleshooting, PM optimization, FDC use, FMEA, vacuum diagnostics, system stability management.
• Proficiency in SPC, DOE, OCAPs, process windows, and data analysis using JMP, Excel, or similar tools.
• Basic scripting or programming (Python, VBA, SQL, C++, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving using structured methods (5 Whys, MBPS, 8D, Ishikawa).
• Lean Six Sigma preferred; demonstrated yield improvement and defect reduction.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills; cross-functional collaboration across teams.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in high-volume manufacturing.
