Job summary

The role requires strong cross-functional leadership, knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing, and the ability to drive Lean Six Sigma initiatives. Some travel and the ability to obtain US security clearance are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 9 years of related experience; Graduate Degree with minimum 7 years.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fabrication and testing to meet targets and quality.
• Lead S&OP reviews and design inventory tools to prevent shortages.
• Apply lean Six Sigma to improve yield and reduce downtime.
• Coordinate with engineering, finance, and sales to align demand and pricing.
• Manage, train, and mentor production operators, technicians, and engineers.
• Some travel required, 5-10%.
• Ability to obtain US Secret Clearance.
