Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in business, engineering, or related field with substantial manufacturing experience.
Graduate degree preferred with related manufacturing leadership experience.
Extensive experience in lean manufacturing and operational excellence required.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership across production, quality, engineering, supply chain, planning and manufacturing engineering teams.
Lead production planning, scheduling and execution activities to ensure on-time delivery.
Drive safety, quality, delivery, employee engagement and cost performance KPIs.
Promote Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize material and process flow.
Mentor and develop direct reports to build future leadership capability.
