Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, a leader in defense and aerospace, seeks a Senior Supervisor to lead operations on 2nd shift in Cincinnati. You will direct production activities, plan schedules, and drive safety, quality, and cost objectives within a cross-functional team.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years in Operations Management (8+ years if no degree), Lean, SPC, AS9100 knowledge, and strong MS Office skills; ability to obtain US security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years in operations management; without a degree 8+ years of related experience.
• Lean manufacturing exposure with 1–3 years preferred.
• Knowledge of AS9100, SPC, and MS Office suite.
• Strong communication and supervisory capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct production activities to meet goals, quality, and cost objectives.
• Plan schedules, staffing, and budgets; administer procedures and controls.
• Schedule machine work for maximum output and ensure OSHA/EPA compliance.
• Develop and evaluate personnel; manage cross-training and performance reviews.
• Present production data at daily/weekly meetings and contribute to budgets.
