Qualifications

• PhD candidate in mechanical engineering, materials science or relevant field.
• Experienced using finite element software: Abaqus, Ansys, COMSOL.
• Experienced in machine learning algorithms and programming software (Python, MATLAB).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English.
• Hands-on experience with semiconductor manufacturing processes (preferred).
• Familiarity with applied statistical theories (preferred).
• Strong knowledge in advanced mathematics (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Simulate mechanical and multi-physics processes in semiconductor 3D integration technologies by utilizing commercial and custom finite element software packages.
• Design and optimize mechanical elements using modeling results.
• Create advanced models to analyze simulation and experiment results.
