Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing undergrad/grad degree in Nanoscience or Engineering or related fields.
• Experience with Statistical Design and Analysis of Experiments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new or modified processes for semiconductor manufacturing.
• Work with group engineers on hardware and process evaluations.
• Compile, analyze and present experimental data.
• Create and revise SOPs and document tasks for future reference.
• Analyze test data to determine limits and specs for processes.
• Assist in interpretation of physical/chemical behaviors for process characterization.
• Familiarize with semiconductor processing techniques via literature and hands-on learning.
• Prepare and present a final project report.
• Complete safety training to work in TEL process lab.
